Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

All full-price purchases made in-store or online can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from purchase date or offered a store credit between 16-30 days from purchase date. 

Full Refund (returns made within 15 days)

Any item sent in for a return must be in original condition when purchased.  Return items must meet all return requirements listed below:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No deodorant or make-up stains
  • No perfume or smoke scents
  • No damages after purchase
  • Tags stills attached
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • For hygienic reasons all swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, and hair accessories must have tags and hygienic liners still intact
  • In store purchases must be returned in store and will not be accepted by return mail.
  • Please Note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any items not meeting these return requirements will not be given credit. Merchandise returned without the original tag, or with any type of wear or damage, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Footwear will incur a return shipping fee based on the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

Store Credit (returns made between 16-30 days):

A refund request must be received within 16-30 days of your package delivery date. Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label. Return items must meet all return requirements listed below:

  • Unwashed

  • No damages after purchase
  • Tags stills attached

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Refunds are processed between 24-48 hours once we receive your package back. How long the refund takes to show back as credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with (typically 5-7 business days).

    Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee an exchange request will be in stock. If we are sold out of the size or color you are requesting, please refer to return instructions above.

    After your exchange has been processed your new item will be shipped. Please allow 3-6 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    We are NOT able to process exchanges for international orders.

    Defects or Damaged Items

    We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this.
